Olivers - This exceptional accommodation was the pinnacle of our Otago Railtrail trip. This historic homestead offers true elegance and comfort and the breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant did not disappoint either. Can’t wait to get back there. Oh and the bed was the best I’ve ever slept in!

The Lord Clyde - I travel a lot and I really appreciate when I stay somewhere that puts the effort in to all the little things. From the magazines in the room, the beautiful tea and coffee, the extra care with the bed coverings, not to mention the lovely homemade bread and baked eggs for breakfast! From start to finish our experience at The Lord Clyde was excellent. We will return!

Olivers Restaurant - Recommended to us and wow. Gorgeous restaurant, fantastic staff and the food........ we all get into the trap of by-passing towns because it's easy. Make the effort, go to Clyde and visit Olivers.

Olivers - The place is beautiful, with big rooms super well decorated and furnished. The host was really nice and helpful and the restaurant that is linked to the B&B was great. The atmosphere was quiet and the town is small but with great buildings.

Olivers Restaurant - When we walked in everyone said WOW! The staff went to so much trouble to ensure our evening was a huge success. All the staff were so friendly and service was top class. A beautiful meal.

The Lord Clyde - We were warmly welcomed by Victoria, the manager, and shown around this magnificently refurbished historic hotel and finally to our very spacious sumptuous room. This is a first class establishment with everything the discerning traveller might wish for. We were on a cycling holiday with only what can be transported on a bicycle.... this did not concern our hostess in the least. This is a superb hotel in a superb township

Olivers Restaurant - Everything exceeded our expectations. The menu was fresh, the craft beer was delicious, and every dish was perfectly seasoned and executed, with the staff being friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.

Olivers - We’ve travelled the world and stayed in lots of hotels - Olivers rates as one of the top places ever - it’s a very special place to stay - it’s the sense of luxury and having the run of the place. David and Andrea are superlative hosts - if you come to Clyde stay here it’s a must !

The Lord Clyde - Meet Victoria, the owner who is as gracious as the beautiful manor itself. THE breakfast is devine and her special baked eggs are to die for. The historical hotel has so much character and it makes you feel special to stay in this charming Clyde Hotel. I was sad to leave but will be back to Clyde very soon. 10/10

Olivers - I treated my hubby to two nights accommodation at Olivers in Clyde for his 60th birthday. This is the third time we have stayed there since it's wonderful renovations. We stayed in the room with the claw foot bath in the bedroom and we loved it. The surroundings are lovely, warm and inviting, very comfortable bed, lovely ensuite with the best lighting for makeup etc. Delicious breakfast, just love the eggs! Would definitely recommend for a special treat. Can't wait to go back.
